Perfect but time, quality and price!

We've purchased both the long-burning and short burning Duraflame logs. Both work great, but we use the short-burn option more often. They tend to burn longer than 1.5 hours and work well for when you just want a casual short-term fire.

My tiny home gets so cold in the winters so every day I put on a fire. I use the Duraflame as a starter...but I found out a trick! I Chop the log in 1/4's so I get 4 blocks of Duraflame to start my fire. I then start adding my kindling then my logs. It's a miracle! So easy to start my fire's so I stay cozy all day and night!I have these auto shipped to my PO Box and it's always the perfect timing!I love you Duraflame!

More than once I've wanted to light a fire but it was too late, then I discovered these. The flame burns for about 90 minutes and the embers will burn for 2 - 3 hours, which is perfect for a week night or if you decide to make a fire and it's getting late. Highly recommended.

We live In a rural area on 5.2acres which requires a lot of clean up in the Spring and Fall. This product is our go to to start our clean up fires. It always starts easy and continues until a good blaze is going. We are burning leaves, branches and cut up logs from downed trees. Highly recommended.

Makes lighting a fire easier, sure, but also keeping it going even when you add real wood. I use it in my Solo Stove and you can pretty much forget about it once you light it, except when it's time for more wood. I like having the smaller ones (1.5 hours) but both kinds have their place.

... because it's not a crime to get an easy start and stable burn with Duraflame. I flubbed around with kindling and paper and settings and and and ... before I started to feel like a fireplace reject. Treating myself to a box of these was a sanity measure and I am never going back. I get to enjoy my fire stove instead of fighting with it.
