Very good to cook dal or soups sabji rice. Got some crack lines but still its managable

Beware before you buy.
Very honestly initially I bought the product I was happy and hopeful this will go way long and will be a great healthy option for cooking. But honestly the quality is pathetic to worse, tried to heat vegetable for few minutes and deep cracks appeared not just on surface but bottom as well. Water started to leak and left me completely disappointed. Wasted 325 /- on this poor quality Matki. Anyone plz mind quality is not such as to support proper cooking. Really really disappointed. Hope help others.

It is fine for cooking but comparatively with price it is not durable because in 2-3 times cooking it made cracks so it is not affordable but in it cooked food is better& taste also nice.so you increase it's quality.

Gets cracked after long cooking hours
Definitely clay pots are very good for making food but it is difficult to cook in them since they have a short life span because it gets cracked very fast after a while when used for cooking.

Good buy, good for health too
Been using it for a long time now, still good. I make most of my baby's food in it. I did a little bit research and found that these clay utensils need seasoning like the iron ones. So I had put this one in rice water for 3 days, after that I made rice in this pot, also put a lot of mustard oil and sauteed onions in this. After which this pot never smelled of clay again So it's going good.

Waste of money
I received this product just on Friday. It was looking good. But just after 2 uses it got cracks at the bottom while it was on stove. I don't know why is it called cookware if it breaks just by heat. Highly disappointing product and I would really like to return it if possible. Cheated feelings.
