Did not work replaced old fuse

Did not work at all. Was correct number of pins, volatage and amp for my car and did not start with this fuse. I was only replacing because my fuel pump is going bad and wanted to make sure not the fuse. Had to put back my old fuse to get my car to start. Black spots on the pins also.
