Volvo is not selling this part separately but only as a part of fan assembly - and for a reason. Faulty control module usually masks bigger problem(s) as they were the main reason for control module to fail. In my case it was broken fan motor which lead to overuse of another motor which fired the control module over time. Replacing control module fixed the issue for short amount of time but eventually new control module failed as well.
