He wears one of the bottons around his neck on the provided leash. This device really did the trick. With one of the buttons next to her bed and the other on her walker, she can easily call me no matter where I am in the house. She merely pushes the button and the strains of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons let’s me know I need to look in on her (or if you don’t care for Vivaldi, there are 50 or soother choices to use). The only improvement I would suggest to the maker is to include a list of these choices and make it easier to get to any one of them other than by cycling through all of them). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works fine for a month now *by R***T on Reviewed in the United States on January 31, 2019* This does exactly what I wanted. It lets my elderly loved one alert me when it is bathroom time. She understands what the sender does and has figured out how to use it. The chime is different than my wired or wireless doorbells so I can tell which one is ringing. I use one receiver upstairs and another down in the basement. We put the sender around her neck during the day and hang it on the bed's headboard at night. Who knows how long the battery lasts. We'll have the second sender to use while I try to change the first one's battery when it goes out. I have outdoor electric outlets and will use a cord to run the third receiver out in the yard during warmer weather.
