Hands down these are the best vitamins I’ve ever taken and I’ve taken a lot! You could say I’ve been on a health journey for 5 years now since losing my insurance during COVID and trying to manage my rheumatoid arthritis holistically. I’ve made many changes to be diet, lifestyle and health overall. This includes adding OTC vitamins and supplements that help with inflammation, gut health, sleep health, liver health and overall wellbeing. I’ve tried alot of the name brand vitamins and supplements, which some I like very much. However, this is the first daily multivitamin I’ve ever tried that I can actually feel working the first time I took a dose. Literally, within thirty minutes of taking my very first dose or pill I was able to feel an increase in my overall energy and feelings well being. Since then I’ve continued to take one pill per day for the last month and a half. I’ve noticed a difference in how I feel day to day. I’ve also noticed that my inflammation and pain from my RA has subsided and decreased. I no longer suffer with swelling in my legs and feet daily like I did before. I’m able to stay super active and on my feet the majority of my day at work without regretting it later. I cannot promise this vitamin will work for you as it has for me, but what I can say is this daily vitamin has truly changed my life for the better. I do believe it has single-handedly improved my overall wellbeing and helped me to meet my health goals. I’m excited that I found a daily multivitamin that’s not only affordable, but is made from quality ingredients and vitamins that are third party tested. I feel great and I will continue to order this daily vitamin and other supplements from the brand as I continue my health journey. I highly recommend this vitamin and other supplements the brand offers. They are hands down the best quality and effective supplements I’ve ever taken!

Excellent vitamins. Rated # 1 by 3rd party. Too big and got stuck in my throat. Had to buy 2 a day capsules. Much better but still has that awful smell and taste.

Best multivitamin I’ve tried yet. One of the few that didn’t upset my stomach after taking and they have a pretty good spread of vitamins. Don’t be alarmed when your pee is neon green/yellow after taking them that’s normal from the vitamin b

Very large pill, strong odor, upsets my tummy so I have to take it with food. The taste comes back up on me. Two eggs and a piece of toast are not enough to accompany it. I will be cutting them in half.

My husband and I have been taking life extension one day multivitamin for a couple of years now and we can’t say enough about the product. That is amazing. Super easy to digest. In fact we use a lot of the life extension products and are very happy with the results. We will continue.

Like others have reported, this vitamin has a big bang, in one pill, which I thought would be a good alternative to multiple individual supplements. However, as others have also reported, this is a very large, uncoated tablet which is quite difficult to not only swallow, but I feel it all the way down. It smells terrible, and leaves an aftertaste in your mouth, even if taken with food. As others have also reported, my urine is bright chartreuse. The worst part, however, is that after more than a week of taking this vitamin, I consistently end up with an upset stomach, persisting for several hours. I feel no difference in energy, but was taking vitamins previously. I will not reorder, and wish that the size, smell, aftertaste and stomach upset could be alleviated by a simple coating.
