For the most part, you don't use the spoon on a bar spoon as a spoon, you just use it to stir. So I though I would try this. Very happy. The welds and quality are top notch. And it stirs very well. Very Happy

Not copper
It’s sturdy and does what it’s supposed to but it’s not copper. It’s plated. Fades over time. For me 6 months with hand washing

NOT ALL THE SAME
TL;DR I did not get what I agreed to pay for. I purchased 3 for a competition this month. They all came together but one of them was very different. 1x came packaged by Barfly. It looked like official packaging. The spirals are very wide and clunky. Not like the picture advertised. 2x came without any packaging/ branding. Just thrown into plain plastic bags. The spirals are tight like in the picture. I prefer these. I might have to triple stir in my competition and it really sucks that one of these spoons is not like the other. I can feel resistance as the larger spiral fights against the other two. This is very disappointing. I can’t have this returned in time for my competition so I am forced to roll with it and try my best. It sucks that I spent $36 altogether to receive an experience that I didn’t want.
