Can I trim this to fit my Rubi and it’s Carts?

I do not see how you could possibly trim this case.

Does the juul portable charging case also fit inside?

I believe the charger is a good bit longer than a Juul device(the device fits comfortably in its own molded spot in that case), so I would have to say no.

Do these come with empty pods?

They do not. But the case is great, It stores 2 extra sticks, 3 pods and another little pocket for the usb charger. Def worth the money

Why don't they make a carrying case for the vuse alto?
