Can this be used to inflate tires?

Absolutely not a recommended use. It's designed to put extremely high pressure (4300 PSI) into a small place...like an air rifle or SCBA tank. It would take forever to get any volume in a vehicle tire and the gauge doesn't read pressures that low. I believe the readings start at 200 or 300 psi. Absolutely useless for the task. Probably burn it up long before you have usable pressure in the tire. That, and, a regular tire inflation pump, portable or not, is significantly less expensive.

Realistically.. how happy would this pump be keeping air hogs filled? Zeus, Terminator etc? 500cc (4500psi) and 950cc (3600psi)

I use them on evanix max air and fx Dreamline. Works great. The temp gauge sucks. It uses a battery. That my only criticism

What is the power consumption of this compressor using 12VDC?

Don’t know look in the Amps but it is not very much
