**Q: Can the machine keep the ice cream frozen for a long period of time?**
A: I never had any luck getting the machine to freeze the cream. I tried a mix and also a homemade recipe. No luck. You have to freeze the chamber that holds the mixture so as far as answering your question about keeping it frozen, I would say no since I couldn’t get it to freeze to begin with.

**Q: Can you make hard ice cream with this machine if you let it run longer?**
A: Yes. There is a short window of when it's soft. Otherwise just put your ice cream in the freezer and it will harden.

**Q: How difficult is it to clean?**
A: Run under warm water to get ice cream off, and dip in warm soapy water. Hand wash only. 
I'm saddened of the fact that the mixture hardens too quickly if your serving for more than a couple people. But you can scoop out and store in freezer. Good luck!

**Q: I saw the ivory one for $40 less but do you have it in black?**
A: no

I don't know. Its a bit of a hassle. There is only a few second window when the ice cream is perfect and servable. A bit messy. All that aside, I have soft seve at home!
