Disgusting
The pretzels tasted stale to me but before I could say anything my son at all the pretzel looking ones. Those were good but other pretzels were stale and the stuff in middle Was disgusting filled with fruit bits. I would never buy again.

It’s not shipped with a freezer pack
The chocolate is all melted together and when you bite into the they taste stale because of the chocolate melting. Would never order in the summer

Disappointingly inedible!
I sent this product to a friend of mine as a birthday gift. Unfortunately, when I called to see if she enjoyed it ahe told me she loved the gesture but I should try to get my money back. She said is came wrapped in a paper that didn't really seal in freshness. The chocolate had melted during delivery and had almost all stuck to the paper. Despite that she thought "what the heck, I can just scrape the chocolate off and still enjoy it". But the pretzels turned out to be so old and stale that they weren't even edible. I definitely would not recommend this product to anyone. It was a waste of money.
