These work week for me
These hives are pricy, yes, but it keeps my bees comfortable, ventilated and safe. They are sturdy and will probably last at least twice as long as my wood ware. They are lighter, easily to store, easier to bring out to add another box. My bees in the Apimaye hives survive the winter better than the bees in the wooden boxes.

perfect honey super to their 7 frame nuc box
this super comes with 7 snap together frames (no wax sheets). has 4 controllable entrances. it buckles onto their 7 frame nuc and the top. makes it easy to transport and helps prevent against losing your bees to a bear attack. (not claiming its bear proof, but a lot stronger than wood hives).insulated and easy to access.
