Short and sweet and gets the job done *by P*** on January 19, 2015* My wife uses this system and is loving it. We used to do gym memberships, but having a kid and our busy work schedule got in the way of actually getting there and we were just wasting money. With the Journey Gym she spends a quick 10-20 minutes in the morning and is able to get her heart rate up, get her muscles burning, and still have time for a quiet cup of coffee and time to herself before the rest of the house wakes up (something that was never possible if going to a gym was part of the equation). The videos alternate between a 1 minute cardio exercise, and a 1 minute resistance/muscle strengthening exercise so the time is efficient (and she just streams the videos from Vimeo even though it comes with the CDs). She loves how it doesn't take an hour out of her day to break a sweat. Her only wish was that the legs for the platform were easier to remove when putting it away (she folds it up into the briefcase after every workout because we have a small house). Other than that, two thumbs up.
