Easy to install once I'd cut the hole which was a bit harrowing because of the hardness of the wood. Took the advice of customer service at Fittingsco (who were most helpful), and bought 102mm a hole cutter and arbor drill from Tool station for £15.00 instead of trying to do it with a jigsaw. It looks good and I'm very pleased with it. you do have to lower the pop up and if ever one comes out with a damper system to alleviate this I'll refit it.
