Best I’ve ver used
Been taking magnesium for some years to help with cramp . Was recommended this one by a family member and found it also helps me feel more relaxed after taking it on an evening . Been using it for over 2 years now and very pleased with the combination of magnesium

Easy to swallow capsules
Previous magnesium tablets were like horse pills so I chose these because they are malate which is easier on the stomach and because they are capsules. They are smaller than previous tablets and go down very easily. I'm taking them for increased energy and have only been on them for a week so I can't say yet if thats working BUT I can report that they are very easy on the stomach and have had no issue there at all. I'm very happy with these capsules and definitely recommend over the horse pills! OK its now 1 month on and I have just reordered more of these. I am definately feeling more energised and mentally alert. Highly recommend this product.

Far better than the usual magnesium oxide.
ostensibly, far better than the normal mag. oxide I get from local surgery, in as much that mag. oxide, is not really bio available, where as this product contains two bio available variations, which are. Glycinate for the gut, malate for the heart. pity it doesn't contain mag. threonate as well as this is the only form which crosses the blood brain barrier, hence only four stars. in terms of its' efficacy, and effects on sleep patterns, i can't give an opinion, as I've only just purchased it, so the jury's still out on that one! hope this helps.

Good Version of Mg
I've tried a few different types and this one has no negative effects on guts (which Citrate did) and seems to provide basis for good mood and sleep.

Bulking agents
I bought this product as it contains two forms of useful magnesium and the description clearly says no bulking agents. As I am allergic to most bulking agents, I was really pleased. When the product arrived, it has a list of ingredients specifically under BULKING AGENTS!! Stearic Acid and brown rice flour. I don't think either of these are a problem for most people, but I'm not going to risk it. I will return the product even though it is a bother and wouldn't have been necessary if the product description had been adequate.
