Pretty good jump rope for beginners. Easy to use and my kid picked it up quickly. Only issue is if you use it on concrete, it wears out pretty fast and starts looking old/rough. So keep that in mind depending on where you’ll be using it. Other than that, it works fine and does the job.

Exactly what I expected and exactly what I needed.

This is the jump rope I was looking for when my 10 year old daughter asked for one. This is the old school jump rope I loved as a kid but I have found one better. The plastic on this one is hard and not flexible so it was difficult to shorten it and get the beads as tight together again. Once you shorten this one, you have to cut the excess cord off so it will be obsolete when she outgrows it. That’s fine since the price was good, but the newer jump ropes with the softer plastic beads are much better and are in the same price range. I suggest you try one of those instead. This reminds me of gym class in elementary school. Works great!

This has the price, adjustability needed to see if jumping is for you. I use it on a rubber mat in the driveway. Check out Lauren Jumps on social media! Fabulous resource-she recommends starting with one like this-has some heft and isn't too fast spinning.
