The handles have a nice grip. There's a whole set of various bits that are stored in a little pocket on the front of the case. Several of the tools are hard to get out. The screw is very tight on the side with the file. The file does have a 2-inch ruler on it, but that's all I've managed to pull out from that side. The other side, the one with the bottle opener was a lot easier. They feel pretty sturdy. There's a small knife and a knife with a serrated edge. Overall, I think it's a nice tool with many uses, if you can get them out. I'll update this if I figure out the trick, or maybe I just fail at using this thing. ### ⭐ Very low quality (even for the price) *by J***L on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on December 30, 2018* I had pretty low expectations based on the price, but this multitool didn't meet even those low ones. Terrible quality control; the tools on one side can barely be opened as that side of the handle is incredibly overtightened. None of the knife blades were sharpened by the factory, a bad sign that the steel won't hold an edge if they won't put one on it before shipping it to a customer. The serrated edged blade is very low-quality serrations. The connector for the interchangeable bits fits loosely on the tool itself, making it likely it will slip when using on screws and be at least frustrating, and at worst damaging whatever you're working on.Frankly, don't waste the money on this multitool. I plan to return the one I bought and spend the extra $20 or $30 I should have to start with and get one made by a brand with a reputation for making high-quality multitools like Gerber or Leatherman.Update: I replaced this with a Gerber Truss, which costs a lot more. But if you want a tool you can count on when you need it, I suggest you spend the extra money.
