This thing is great
Expensive but great, follow the instructions and I'm sure you'll be happy.

Off balance
As I began spinning the drum, it began to violently shake. I emptied the drum and spun the drum with nothing in it and it was off balance. Cleaned it, disinfected it, and returned it.
