I spread about a cup and a quarter on parchment paper on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 oven for exactly 20 minutes. I tried 15, 17 1/2, and 20, and there's no doubt in my mind that 20 is perfect for me. Then I let them cool for an hour until all heat and moisture is gone. I store them in a jar on the door of the fridge and add a couple of teaspoons to my smoothies.
