Vindar 8.5 Feet Decorative Iron Lotus Rain Chain for Gutter, 10 Cups to Collect Water with T Shaped Hook Adapter Installation

From few feet away it does look like it is made from a copper (but its not) decorative rain string. it is quite elegant and nice looking. I placed it on my shed roof hook as a decoration for a time being to make my garden area look more beautiful. We are planning to add something to the roof to channel rain water there during rains. Or may be even add little pump and circulate water endlessly for calming sound effect. (possibilities, possibilities) It is easily adjustable to make sure its all aligned perfectly (if you have slight OCD like i do:) and it does not require any assembly rather then hang it by using a hook. Last few days during a very windy weather, this rain chain didn't move or get off its installation hook at all. Still in place and still very slightly swaying in a breeze. (not much)

I ordered four rain chains and this was my favorite especially because of the cup attachment that goes inside the gutter. The others had flimsy wires. We didn't have a spout here because it blocked our address plate and is in an awkward position to the porch. Waiting for rain but hopefully this chain will help the water flow straight down (will increase my rating if it does) while adding a subtle decorative element to the entrance of our home. Updating to 5 stars because it's surviving winter in Nebraska!

The chain is very thin and malleable. You can definitely bend the cups and chain with you hands but it has been surprisingly sturdy. I have had it installed for months and it survived dust storms and monsoon season without a hitch. Did not get tangled or break apart which I was weary of. Works perfectly for normal and light rain. Although not ideal for super heavy downpour, the chain was totally okay and did not break. Looks exactly as pictured. I would repurchase.

Very happy with this item. This is the second buy on this rain chain. The first has lasted for years and still in use, although the sun does fade it a bit with time.

I really didn't want an unsightly downspout on my front porch and this was exactly what we needed! My husband installed it easily. It looks and sounds beautiful in the rain!

Ordered 3 different Rain Chains for my home. Thought it would be a big deal to remove gutter spouts and install but it was so easy and fast. Looks great, can't wait till it rains so I can watch them. Arrived quickly and in great condition. I recommend.

I bought 3 of these and on 2 there were broken welds on some of the cups. I don’t know yet if I can fix these. The 3rd one is holding together so far. My Mom likes the design but not the weak areas that have to be fixed.

My husband and I were looking for rain chains. They were generally more expensive than we anticipated. This one is lovely in our back yard and was easy to install and the price was just right! We will probably be buying more when the rainy season returns!
