BEST DEAL there is for someone getting started!!!!
I will preface this with the fact that I am not a tech savvy person, so I won't give the nerdy specs on it (definitely don't understand them) - I'm going to tell you what I think of it as a newbie instead.I have started doing a lot of sales on Poshmark as of recently, and I also do Facebook live feeds for work, so I thought it would be cool to bump it up a notch and get an actual camera to try to record my sales (boxing/shipping) through Poshmark as I have started to see a lot of sellers do it, maybe do a YouTube channel related to the work I do, and learn a few other cool tricks, too. I wanted to get a camera that was reasonably priced while still delivering what I needed from it; I needed something more than my phone was doing, but not a super expensive camera - especially since I am just learning. This camera has been a great camera to learn with. I am not that tech savvy, so I didn't want a really expensive camera that I would immediately be in over my head the moment I bought it, I wanted one that I could learn with and if I like it, I can grow into a better camera someday.I went with this one because it delivered everything I needed as a newbie, especially for the price and everything it came with. I didn't want something that I would need to turn around and spend another $200-300 in supplies between cards, cords, mics, extra batteries, etc. because if I decide that I don't want to do videos or anything anymore, I won't be out a much more significant amount of money. It was an amount of money I was comfortable spending knowing if nothing came of it, I wasn't breaking the bank. Not only did it come with the camera, it came with the charging cord (you charge the battery while it's in the camera), an extra battery (!!), a detachable mic (with battery), a memory card (records approx 5 hr), a USB to HDMI cord so I could connect it right to my computer, a bag to carry it in, a remote, regular lens, wide angle lens, and macro lens. The more I use it, the more I learn about it! I also love that the camera is so small that I can throw it in my purse and go! I may need a bigger bag if I decide to start carrying the lenses and microphone, but this one is perfect for now!About the lenses: I will admit the first time I connected what I thought was the macro lens, I thought it was super lame...when I went to disconnect it, I realized the lenses were on top of one another (I already said I wasn't incredibly tech savvy!)...and now that I see the macro lens, I literally can't even believe how good the macro lens is! I haven't had much practice with the wide angle lens yet, but like I said, I'm still learning! I also like that I can flip the view screen so I can film myself and see what the camera is seeing, and the remote (still learning with this one) makes that easy to start and stop, do still shots or record.I'm SUPER happy with my purchase, but there are a few places that I could see room for at least a little improvement...they're small things, and I'll be able to improve on them on my own from home, so I'm not that worried about it. I would love to have a way to charge the batteries outside the camera...I'm sure there's a charger I can find for a reasonable price to do this, so will be looking into it. I would like to be able to leave my house with 2 fully charged batteries and not worry I will run out of juice while I am doing something. I would also like to see a little better handle...the tightest place it can go to on the Velcro strap is still too big on my hand, so it's a little clunky. I will probably just put more Velcro on the handle so that I can have it tighter on my hand and not worry the handle won't hold. I think it would help to have a better instruction manual, too. This one lacks - would help to have more information so a newbie like me can learn about ALL the things I can do with it!All in all, this camera is awesome for someone like me - someone who is wanting to learn while not investing several hundred dollars...whether an adult, a parent wanting to buy something for a teenager who wants to get into YouTube videos, or someone just looking for a good all around camera for whatever - this is such a good deal for all the things it comes with! You won't regret it!

Nice camera - Horrible instruction manual- very poor support
It's a nice camera but the instruction manual and the customer support lines are terrible. The manual gives brief instruction on each facet of the camera. Not a lot of detail. All support help is done via email. They are not very helpful in resolving questions. Next time, pay a bit more and get a reputable manufacturer.

Wow! More than I Bargained For - Such a Nice Video Camera
I didn't want to spend a lot of money but I needed a camera for web videos and the usual stuff. After looking at a few on Amazon, I picked this because of the reviews and the price. This turned out to be an excellent purchase!WHAT'S INSIDEWhen you open the box, the first thing you see is the seller's support business card - nice touch. There's a substantial user manual (which you may not need given how easy the camera is to operate. It's still nice to have to be able to walk yourself through all the features. There's another manual just for the camera microphone. The camera comes with TWO batteries. Still, the only way to charge the batteries is in the camera itself. I may look for an external battery charger. There is a remote control for playback (needs two aaa-batteries not included). The camera comes with a separate wide angle lens - that will be great for close up video and v-logging. This was a huge selling feature for me. Most of these types of cameras don't do so well will close up or wide angle. The addition of this lens and the high quality mic sets this camera apart for other video cams in this price range. The package also includes the essential cables (HDMI and USB) are included as well as a power plug. The camera comes tucked in a nice case. The lens has a nice bag. There was no case for the microphone and I'd recommend you purchase a small camera bag to put everything in. The camera also came with a 32GB SSD and a flex audio cable (which is how you connect the camera to the microphone).USE OF THE CAMERAThe camera powers on instantly. The view screen is a touch enabled and all of the features and adjustments are available at your fingertips. Recording modes include FHD@30fps, HD@60fps and HD@30fps. In addition to standard recording, the camera can be setup to record a loop(3, 5 or 10 minutes), or record when motion is detected. Complete camera settings are easily accessible (I won't go into them) but I found the default settings suitable. If you spend 10 minutes with the user manual, you'll be in good shape with everything this camera can do.QUALITYThe camera itself certainly does not feel like a toy! I say that because when you pick up some of the video cameras at the store - even the Canon's or Sony's - they fill like there is not much there. This camera feels solid but it is not too heavy. It is balanced well and the thumb on the right hand easily access the record button. The zoom is where you'd expect it to be on the top of the camera and just in front of the zoom is a one-frame snapshot button. The camera will connect to a tripod as well. The mic mounts to the shoe on the top of the camera via hot-shoe (the mic requires a battery not included with the package).RECORDING QUALITYThe recording is excellent, even in low light. You can adjust the light setting if you need to but I found that even in pretty low light the camera video is good. In sunlight, the video is equally good - it doesn't wash out or lose detail in bright light as some cameras may.Overall, I got a great camera. I won't even qualify that statement with "... for the price". For most people and even some advanced video bloggers or web video shoots, this camera is definitely up to the job and then some.

Waste time and money
the camera quality is trash. you can't focus your camera. it's easy to use, comes with a nice carrier holder for the camera , HDMI cord, USB, 2 batteries, mic, aux piece for the mic, not much to do with the settings...

Instruction Manual is Nearly Useless
I believe that if a foreign company is going to sell products in the US, the very least they could do is have the authors of their manuals be educated in an English speaking company. The translations of the instructions in whatever language it was translated from are often difficult to understand. For example, there's a cable provided, HDMI, which I can't figure out its use. Also, a recording of an event will stop unexpectedly. If you're not paying close attention to the little blinking red light, you'll lose the recording of the event! It's not the battery as I learned very early with this camera, that it needs to be plugged in just to get it reasonably reliable recordings. Can't find an answer to these and other questions.
