Well it did, I received them in an ugly green with Chinese writing on it. Not even close to what the picture shows. They might work and that is probably why people keep them but I didn't bother because my kid is picky. ### ⭐⭐ Misleading picture / description *by S***E on June 13, 2018* I’m sure these function fine but they do NOT say Waitiee on them. They say swimming baby and have some random Chinese writing.
