Cervical traction device
This is a simple and effective piece of kit at a very good price well made with good ratchet system. I am a Sports Therapist and use the neckpro regularly, it is equal to devices costing much more.

Neckpro11 we give it 6/10 compared to the old version as this one has a plastic pully , we just don't put as much traction on as we did the metal one , works well so far , it just doesnt feel as hardy as the old product .Arrived in 2 weeks from order date and in good condition as advertised

I have the previous version of the NeckPro and ordered the NPII to have at my second home in case I need it. The previous model is much better built than this one. The ratchet and the door bracket on the NPII is all plastic now and cheaper built in my opinion. The previous version has a solid metal door bracket and better built ratchet that had a 150lb load rating. The new ratchet will slip at 25 lbs of applied force. If you are a big person this may not be adequate. I suppose this new version of this device has been lawyered up just in case someone improperly attached the door bracket and it fell on their head. I also suspect the new version is cheaper to build from the manufacturer's profit standpoint as well. I am almost 6' @ 200 lbs and I prefer the previous NP. Does the new NPII work? - yes it will work for me but I don't like the way it's been changed. I don't trust the plastic bracket although it should not break with the ratchet slip of 25 lbs. I don't like the slip in the new ratchet. I have to max the NPII out in order to do my neck any good - but that is just me. The attached photo shows the difference between the two versions. More time will tell.

Old version built better. This one made of cheap plastic and the pully system slips. But for $8.50 you can get a new pully from home depot and works great

It’s a comfortable device and overall good. However, I don’t like this newer plastic version as much as their old metal version. This new version is overly cautious in my opinion. There is a break away device securing rope that won’t allow you to put much weight on it before it gives way. It’s set weaker than I believe I need. With all that said, I think it’s still the best device on the market. There are some expensive traction set ups that I’m no fan of. I just really wish I could find an old version because I wore mine out after 8 years of daily use.

I bought for myself and fixed my neck pain. My husband is now using it for his shoulders. We use it daily on waking and before sleeping. Chiropractor recommended but didn't buy after reading negative reviews. BIG MISTAKE! It's sturdy. Yes seems expensive but waaay cheaper then chiropractic visits. We're so pleased with our improvement I gifted one to my sister. Now my daughter has bought one. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
