Fits a 2017 RAV4 Hybrid SE.This plastic piece is quite flimsy, so take care tightening it.  My last one snapped when tightening on a camping trip and I had to resort to a lot of duct tape to get my front rack bar and 2 mounted bikes home on it!  It's a shame the entire lock isn't metal which would be more durable.

Actually, the part only is the locking lever and did not include the “key”.  Too bad it isn’t made of metal, mine snapped when I tried to adjust mine during cold weather.
