Is this Botan rice NON-GMO?

All rice grown in the State of California is Non-GMO whether it is certified or not. It is not legal to plant GMO rice in California.

Is this rice organic?

No. It is not organic. It is good tasting rice though.

Is this glutinous rice, ie sticky rice? Thanks!

I've used this rice a lot and it isn't glutinous or "sticky" rice. It is Calrose, short grain, but not "sticky."

Why is this significantly more expensive through fresh than if i order through regular amazon?
