Worked perfectly for what I wanted. Easy to put together and to get working. The packaging is amazing! Little chance of damage on route. Will buy again. Second frame I purchased had some issues with the courier. However, Greentouch were excellent and sorted issue out very quickly. Still arrived much earlier than I was expecting.

With careful assembly of the frame it becomes a brilliant input device. I used fold down clips (50mm) to attach to screen. A slicker attachment would be cool but the clips have worked in 8 classroom 65 in screens.

Great service turned up 2 weeks early. Then when I couldn’t get it to work properly the customer assistance was amazing although based on the other side of the world. Highly recommend

There is no Linux support for this device, which would be fine if it was advertised as such. Requires a windows device to calibrate (or something like wine with USB support) is okay but should be stated. Still good value for money

I was highly sceptical due to the price but this was easy to assemble and east to use. Plug and play. Be carful not to bend the pins like I did, as it required a bit of fixing. Once together I put it on the tv with some double sided tape, may want to use something stronger. It does not come with adhesive so is comething you need to figure out. I hired a larger touchscreen and it cost me 10x more than buying this yet it seemed like the same tech.

I purchased the 48" model back in April 2022, and I confess I was dubious about splashing out £162 at the time on what seems to good to be true. However, it arrived promptly, did exactly what it promised, even on a Raspberry Pi. I had some issues because I wanted to mount it upside down (cable out the top) so had to figure out how to rotate the touch detection 180 - the seller's support was prompt and on point. I later discovered that the Pi wasn't up to the job and the project fell to way side, but recently I picked it up again using Windows 11. Now I had the issue on how to rotate the touch detection 180 again. 3 years after the purchase and seller's support once again had the answer in very short order. The only possible complication with this item is attaching it to your TV, velcro strips would work, but are quite thick, double sided tape would probably do it if you got a good one, but you might see the white, I used this stuff https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0925NNPHF?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_6&th=1 and boy does it stick!

Nothing supplied to mount it on monitor, too heavy for double back tape, needs hook on brackets or something, very poor.

Der Aufbau war super einfach und alles hat auf Anhieb funktioniert. Die Verpackung war sehr robust und der Inhalt dadurch gut geschützt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Kunden-Support, da dieser innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine neue Firmware zugeschickt hat, damit Touch-Punkte auch über 90 Sekunden bestehen bleiben und diese nun konstant erkannt werden. Insgesamt echt klasse Produkt und Service!

Product werkt zoals het moet. Enkel een IR frame dat functioneert als muis en ook multitouch functionaliteit bied. Ideaal om een muur of een object te voorzien van (10 points) touch. Letterlijk plug-and-play, zo simpel is het.

I had a problem after the purchase, but I was helped quickly and easily. Now the frame (47 inch) works perfectly and delivers the best results. Many thanks for the support. Absolutely recommendable shop, because you get help when there are problems. This is not a matter of course, especially not for shops from China. Greentouch took care of it intensively and successfully, thumbs up for that.
