A very pleasant tea
To my surprise I liked it more than other brands I was buying. No bad taste or smell!!!

Good for swelling/inflammation/edema
Ordered this a while ago and have enjoyed it a lot. It has really helped with my inflammation and edema. It's mildly earthy smelling and tasting. Im a sweets person so I add a lot of honey to it and have had it hot and iced and it's pretty good. I'll be reordering again soon.

Had a Reduction in knee pain after a single cup!
After a mere single cup serving, i could feel a reduction in my knee pain. I have a tkr on the R and the L is heading in that direction. So, this tea is a welcome relief. With this degree of relief after only 1 cup, i'm looking forward to how i'll (possibly, God willing) feel after 30 days. It does have what i can only describe as a subtle earthy aroma. It kind of reminds me of neem oil, but it's not at all a turn off. And, the flavor is pleasant imo. Also, in an effort to avoid the ingestion of microplastics, i snip the tea bags open and pour the contents into a stainless teacup strainer. This is just my personal preference. (I only know of one tea maker who does not use teabags containing plastic.)

Good benefits terrible taste.
Although all the literature I read raved about the benefits I could not get past the taste. It tastes like a bark from your backyard tree boiled in awful. If you can handle that perhaps you will reap the benefits.
