This is the best probiotic supplement I had ever used. Good results!

This probiotics seems to work for me, helps with having calm stomuch. I particularly have one if i eat outside.If you eat warm home food, cooked freshly and is less spicy, you won't need probiotics oftenIf you eat outside often, then you may need probiotics to keep the balance of good and bad bacteria. Please check with a Dr. before prescribing yourself anything. I checked with my dr and they recommend to eat home made curd for natural solution and prescribed Darolac probiotic capsule (only if required). I tried this product on my own and it worked.

Very nice probiotics . It gives good energy. Very pocket friendly.. available in cheap rate than in market

Not very effective after use for few days. May be not good for me

Am writting this review after completing 2 x box...1. Am not finding much of n improvement in my Gassy/ Bloating/ Etc issues...2. Packing-wise its all nice and clean.3. Will be now trying different brand.All the best guyS... Hope my short review has helped....(I dono how much time does it usually take for ihe pill to take effect though)

I started taking it fter lunch time and found to be useful through out the day......Defenetiely improved the symptoms of IBS

Seems good. Will only know how effective it is after a few weeks, as it is a nutritional supplement.
