I always buy about 6 large containers at a time which last several months. They have never "gone bad". This is the only product I can use to wash my face with. It would not be a good product if you have oily skin. I use it twice a day, if not more. I think my skin at 73 looks pretty good. **Q: The product on the picture has beeswax however when I received it mine has synthetic beeswax in it. Why are you sending an unnatural product?** A: Ingredients have changed! Synthetic beeswax is now listed. New formula is not as creamy or moisturizing. Can’t stand it when companies do this. **Q: does this item come in a plastic or glass jar??** A: It comes in a plastic jar. **Q: Does this work better for acne prone skin than Ponds cold cream?** A: I use this mostly for makeup removal. I have adult acne prone skin, so I wash with a soap after using this.
