I already have a Coop travel pillow and love its shredded foam! It’s more like magic fluff than what you may have seen in other shredded foam pillows, and you can easily remove it if you’d like less fill. I wouldn’t consider this overstuffed at all though. This pillow provides perfect between the knee support...very relaxing. I’m 5’2 and this runs from my collarbone to my feet, with my legs almost fully extended. It’s everywhere I need it! It’s heavy enough to stay in place but light enough you can wiggle it over yourself to the other side. When I get out of bed, it easily folds up to let me out without a struggle. This is not a Tempurpedic brick that you just hate to move! That said, I switch sides about twice a night. I don’t mind the wiggle over to the other side. You may find you switch less just because this pillow is so relaxing- but if you’re really a dolphin in bed, you might not like the heft of the pillow.
