Will this improve the bass on my car speakers?

I doubt it considering that it amplifies the overall source volume to the output, and as far as I know, doesn’t specifically amplify lower frequencies such as Bass. I’d imagine if you car speakers and amplifier are not delivering a strong enough Bass output, amplifying the source volume will not make a difference, and instead just make it seem louder at a lower volume setting on the car amplifier.

Will this increase the six in my car through a portable CarPlay screen

Not sure what a six is in your car, this item is an inline amplifier. You plug a source in and plug headphones or audio cable into the output and adjust the level. I use it as a headphone amp as phone audio is too quiet.
