Cleaning wounds with turbulent water is one of the best ways to remove all the foreign debris, according to some latest medical journal studies. I plan on using these to extract and pressurize clean bottled water onto wounds before packaging them up (you COULD use an antiseptic spray, but I'd honestly hit it with water first, then the spray, then antibiotic ointment, then bandage.) Never use hydrogen peroxide on cuts, due to its nature to rupture cell walls and inhibit fast healing. I do wish these were individually packaged so they weren't just floating around in my kit, but they're cheap enough.
