FINTIE Case for MacBook Air 13.3 Inch M1 (2020/2019/2018), Crystal Clear

My first Mac so wanted to protect it. A great hard case makes laptop look really good. Fits really well.

Great fit and does the job well, keeps my laptof cool with airvents underneath and raised up with four nodes on each corner.

This is the second Fintie Case I have bought. I like the appearance of the cover and it is easy to fit. It does protect the laptop from scratches and has I believe saved it from damage after it fell from a short height. The cover is hard plastic however and I think this may have contributed to its corner breaking off after the laptop fell. I dont know whether other covers might have absorbed the fall without damage but I decided to replace with the same again - better the devil I know

Cheap, easy on and off and has worked well protecting my Mac, probably also allows extra airway from small padding in bottom corners

Case is strong and looks good

I would suggest this is the best value for money clear case for a A1932 MacBook Air. This is my second purchase of the same case - the first one lasted just over a year it then seems to go a bit brittle and slowly crack. For the money I don't have much of an issue with this. The first case was perfect fitting, this second however is slightly off on one corner of the screen piece - I would suggest that the tooling has worn over the period since I purchased the last one. I only mention this as some people are very critical, don't expect it to be flawless. It's insignificant as it still 'protects' the laptop completely. The second purchase of the same product I feel verifies that I indeed like this product, after searching the market on two separate occasions I couldn't find something that offered the same level of protection and aesthetics all for the reasonable price.

Overall this is a good case that does the job for which I bought it - keeping my MacBook scratch free and clean, without being obtrusive. However, after having had it a few months now it has begun to show cracks - literally and figuratively. This Mac has never been dropped or suffered any impacts but both corners of the case have now cracked. The whole case also seems to be very prone to picking up smudges and 'scratches' (that wipe off easily but look terrible) so this is definitely not a case I'd buy for the aesthetics. In terms of value and practicality it's doing the job, but it's definitely not something I'll be repurchasing when I inevitably need a new case.

Cracks within the first week or so. Have bought 3 (from memory) of these now and they just crack quickly every time. Girlfriend is adamant they are definitely the correct size. Appearance before the crack is nice, nice material feel and fit. But if it breaks within the first week every time then I can’t really justify anything but a 1* star! ‘Such a shame as it is ‘very pretty’’ My girlfriend said.

its my second purchase because the previous one that i had for like two years got dirty
