Love the taste! Easy to swallow. It started to leak a bit, but the bubble wrap kept it from leaking out on other items. Looking forward to seeing some good improvements for myself and my kids.

No change of any kind after taking a bottle for a period of 30 days. It tastes good, but no point of taking a lemonade kind of drink that i felt no benefits. This is just my experience. Thanks.
