Exactly as expected
My kids aren’t allowed to play with ones so we were looking for a safe alternative. Ordered these and just kept a check on them as they cooked. They were great to play with and easy to reuse. Plenty more for the next time too

Giant Waste of Money
The package instructions are ridiculous. Not sure how I missed the negative reviews, which reflect my experience. I cooked the tapioca following the 5 minutes boiling/5 minutes resting in the hot water on the package. Still hard, even after additional cooking time--certainly more than an hour or longer. The insides are still hard and starchy. These can't be returned so just a waste of money and time. At a minimum, DON'T TRY USING THIS PRODUCT FOR BOBA TEA. Amazon needs to remove products like this. What a fraud.

Where do I start?
The instructions on the package for making tapioca pearls are very wrong. They say to boil 10 minutes, then cover and remove from heat 3 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water. I’ve tried making these three different times, the first time following the instructions. They ended up a little soft on the outside with big white hard uncooked centers. I tried cooking them longer, they still had uncooked centers plus they broke in half. I tried some Youtuber instructions. Still no success. I reached out to the manufacturer, no response. I don’t think this product is ready for an American market.

Try some designed specifically for boba tea
We bought these to make boba tea. These were probably meant for something else. They did not cook evenly all the way through- the inside was still hard and white, while the outside was clear and cooked. If we cooked it even longer, then the outside would just become part of the gelatinous water. I think there are other brands that will cook up better for boba tea- though they will cost you more money.

Just what I expected
The tapioca pearls were just as expected. However the cook time is just over an hour and not 10min as instructed on the package.

They fell apart
These are garbage! They all broke apart while soaking in the water, i have been making tapioca for many years and never have I ever had this problem! Ruined my Easter tradition of making my mothers tapioca supreme! So upset

Good, but too much trouble.
Taste good, hard to find, with little choice of sellers. Shipping is very expensive for such an item. I found using the medium size pearls just as good, and a lot more convenient.

Takes forever to cook.
The only problem I had with this product was the fact that it did not give clear instructions that were correct for cooking.
