It does in fact fit perfectly. The case has 1/2-5/8" thick padding all the way around and on the bottom. I have no doubt that a HPA tank would survive a fall in this case provided the valve and gagues were not damaged. It has a loop that is made for hanging it on a walker (not seen in photo), it would make a great belt loop for hunting in the woods if you choose to carry your guppy on your belt. It doesnt have a carry handle per say, but the straps that go around or "beltloop" could be used or one retro fitted easily enough. Build quality is consistant with other case logic products.Also makes a great 2 liter cousie, lol. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Caselogic MOPC-1 oxygen tank carrier *by D***E on Reviewed in the United States on July 25, 2011* I am so pleased with this product, I've been on oxygen 24-7 for 2 years and also use a walker and occasionally a power chair. The other carriers that I tried were a help, but hard for me to manage and hook up to my walker and power chair. I am a 78 years old woman so things don't come easy for me anymore, but this has given me the ability to get out more often and do something with my life.I also don't tear up the woodwork on my doors and cabinets anymore because of the wonderful padding.
