How tall is it in inches?

I haven't removed it from the package yet, because its a Christmas present for my son. But he looks to be about 7 inches tall, so he is perfect for the 6 inch scale figures because he'll be taller than ask the Avengers except Hulk

Is the figure height really only six inches?

Ultron is part of the 6-inch line. However, all of the figures in that line are "close" to 6-inches and not exact. Some figures are bigger and some are smaller, trying to more accurately represent the character (for instance, Wolverine and Spider-Ham are smaller than 6-inches, whereas the Hulk is well over). In Ultron's case, he is part of the 6-inch line, but is closer to 7 1/2 inches (his knees are bent in the box and measures 7 1/2 inches, so with his legs fully straight he might actually be closer to 8. Good figure, crappy seller experience

The figure was great, a reissue of the 2015 BAF. Good sculpt, decent paint. Not bad at the discounted price. Cloudtail however sent me an opened up and scratched up box. The figure inside was hastily put back in the box. I guess it was opened up and returned by someone else and Cloudtail sent me the same box.
