I like it more and more everyday. I do use Cakewalk by Bandlab, Sonar for my recordings. I did not have any struggle setting this item up for my use! The touchie feel of the faders is very nice. The feedback metering was great too. So many different default DAWs to work with in the menus, it was so easy! I wish I would have purchased this a few years ago, its worth every $$. I Loved the price range for this one. The newer ones are out though, but I am so satisfied with one. I can only brag and feel amped up using it. Good luck to others in the discovery of the lastest DAW controllers. They are so COOL! It works out of the box. Just plugged it in, and followed some really simple instructions to have Logic recognize it, and it works. I've had it for about a year now, and use it about 4 times a week. Never had an issue. It is very accurate and I really love the transport controls. The shuttle wheel is really accurate with Logic. If it wasn't that I already had a 32 channel hybrid mixing studio, I'd just keep adding more of these to make up a full desk. But one works just great. Also they are not the smallest units but are made of steel and solid. Would definitely recommend.When i first got it there was a high pitched sound coming from it. I contacted support and they got back to me pretty quickly with a solution. Basically, my faders weren't getting enough power, so I changed some settings and it fixed it!
