please arrange replacement as all capsules are stuck together and I can't get them out of the bottle.

My doctor prescribed this 2 years ago, to address my cholesterol. Levels are down more than 40 points now (I'm not a doctor, but it seems the results are there). Only thing is: I wish they would start selling the 500 mgs again...having to take at least 2 to get my prescribed coach.

The supplement is perfectly fine and I like NOW as a brand but the customer service is terrible. I bought 2 bottles of pantethine but only received 1 pantethine and the other bottle that was shipped is "horse chestnut" but it was improperly labeled as "pantethine". When I went to try and get this refunded or swapped since I hadn't even open the bottle, I was told it cannot be refunded, returned, or swapped. So I'm stuck with a supplement I will not use and I just basically threw away $30. I will no longer be buying this on Amazon. I also will stop buying a couple of other products I've used for years on Amazon because now every time it's shipped, it's opened and all of the other stuff in the box. It's happened every single time for the last 5 months now which is ridiculous. Amazon's quality is getting worse and worse. I'll be taking my money elsewhere. Again, NOW is a good brand but beware that if you get the wrong product you're stuck with it and you'll lose money.

I’ve had borderline cholesterol since I was in my 20’s, it hereditary and nothing has ever really helped to lower it. I wanted to try this and plant sterols to see if it worked before taking a statin. So far it seems to be working, my total cholesterol dropped 20pts in 6 months. Definitely worth discussing with your doctor to see if this is something that might be worth trying! More affordable than cholestoff supplement, I would love it if the capsules were vegetarian though

My daughter and I take two 300 mg softgels a day. One in the morning and one and night. This has helped our skin clear up a lot and I highly recommend trying it. I do know this doesn't work for everyone, but I would rather try something inexpensive before a high priced face cream. My skin breaks out from all sorts of things like dairy, white carbs, sugar, or even just touching my face. Basically, anything and everything will make it break out. I don't have cystic acne, but I've heard this is very helpful for that as well. My types of break outs are usually two or three in an area, or some blackheads here and there, but it's super annoying. I stopped taking this over the winter and my skin broke out like crazy, so I started it up again and it cleared right up after a week. When you first start this, I would give it a few weeks and see how it works. If it makes your skin worse, then I would stop, because it won't get better from what I've seen. My other daughter tried this, and her skin got worse, so like I said, this doesn't work for everyone. Also when that time of the month comes along, we sometimes up it to three a day.

I have been using Pantethine to support lipid functions (it helps lower LDL). This is the first time I ordered NOW pantethine, but I have used some other of their supplements for a long time. I believe they offer good quality products for reasonable prices. What I'd like to get and did not find, is Pantethine 450. Hopefully in the future?

The Pantethine gel caps I ordered were melted together for the second time so now I want my money back!
