Works fine

Works great to use smaller candelabra sized bulbs in place of the larger e26 bulbs so you can utilize a greater variety of LED bulbs.

i replaced an old overhead light fixture with a new stained glass piece. however due to the curvature of the glass i couldn't fit standard bulbs into the sockets. my solution was to use these adapters and try candelabra type bulbs. I've not had the greatest luck in the past with these adapters but thankfully these were great. i had zero issues with them and couldn't be happier with the end results. fyi i ended up going with Alexa enabled bulbs which were inexpensive and with a better outcome imho.

I really didn't understand the sizing when at the local BigBox. They didn't carry these and they had various size bulbs "E?? To B$$" size and the list goes on. Some of the sizes with the naked eye looked like they would fit a multitude of smaller bulbs but they won't. I wanted a low 25 watt bulb, I didn't want 40 to 100 watt bulb in a 3 bulb lamp without a shade. That would be just way to bright. I can select 1 bulb over 2 or all 3 lighting the room. I prefer 1 for just reading.

I hate bright lights in my house. But it's hard (if not impossible) to find LED standard-socket bulbs below 60 watts. I have found some labeled as 25w, but the light from them seemed more like it was 40w. These adapters solve that problem. Screw them into any standard socket lamp and then buy the 25w candelabra bulbs that are much easier to find. I've put these adapters in all the lamps in my house.
