I'm Impressed with the video quality of this Matrix, it's equal to those systems costing twice as much. Setup was strait forward once you determine the IP Address and access the unit in your browser. A quick start guide would be helpful to those who are novice with this type of equipment, but the support from No Hassle is excellent. Once setup it's simple to use and the pass through IR on the unit works great. I needed the audio channels to be separated from the HDMI channels.To me the set up was pretty straight forward. Connected a few devices to the HDMI input and TVs to the HDBaseT out and audio receivers to the HDMI out. Was able to successfully show any of the input to any of the output or all at the same time.Great customer service too.
