If a shoe is not cushy enough my right foot will complain long and loud. To avoid it my podiatrist gave me these absolutely hideous gray foam things with a ring that goes around one toe. They are ugly, visible and deflate after a few wearing. They are only for ball of foot but my pain is further forward in the toes. I've tried other similar items but they don't help and the ring around one toe is distracting at best. I wanted a gel sandal insole which are surprisingly thin on the ground. For an entire-sole inside I have tried many others, including Flop Topz which provide none of the squish my fussy feet require. This product works so much better than anything I've tried over the past three years. I'm back to order more. These are said to be repositionable but I prefer to get one set for every sandal that needs it. It's very sticky but it does come up, making them easy to reposition. My personal preference is to leave them be once my feet are happy. Don't poke the bear and all that. I hope I can find these without the thong opening but if not it's still worth it so that I can finally wear some if my favorite sandals. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Purchase! *by D***A on July 14, 2020* A very hard to find item--and this one is the bomb! Most sandals are too flat and hard, but the Cole Haans above aren't; they're nice and cushiony. The only problem is that the straps are so wide, the things wouldn't stay on my feet, hence my hunt for a full length split-toe sandal cushion that would take up just that little extra bit of room, which they did perfectly. And they are SO COMFY, I'm getting some more for other sandals!Fit: Sandals above are a women's 9.5B (because I like my foot to go to the end of my sandal), although I usually wear a 10B in closed-toed shoes. I did not trim them at all, although you can. Note: pay no attention to the company's crazy trim sizing suggestions. Just try them in your shoes and trim accordingly.Adhesion: Superb. The air bubbles you see do not affect their adhesion whatsoever, and are only there because I pulled them off and on several times for positioning purposes. Bonus: they will not tear up your shoes in the slightest...unlike so many other cushions. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable *by A***R on August 7, 2022* I bought these to use with a pair of leather sandals that were causing foot odor. Using these completely eliminated the problem. They do add a small amount of height, so if your sandals are snug to begin with, it might be a problem. Otherwise, they are smooth and comfortable. However, one of them unknowingly came off (once I realized it, it was hard to find because it's clear) so I was a bit disappointed by that.
