Texs Tropical MultiPurpose Seasoning, 300 grams

My very favorite flavour from Tex, I love the flavour, smell and versatility I use this for chicken, soup, pork, meatballs, a dash in spaghetti Bolognes yummy! I also use it in special fried rices with meats fish, infused butter is the key, use to much and it quite spicy, I use less and enjoy the flavor

Fantastic seasoning that tastes very authentic for home made Jamaican food. This little pot of yumminess takes all the hassle out of seasoning your food with all the different ingredients as I watched my parents do for years! Instead you just sprinkle this over your meat and give it a nice mix, leave to marinate if you like but I just let it sit for 30 mins before I add water and put it on the hob to boil gently. Sprinkling more seasoning and give it a nice stir and tasting the water to as you go to reach your desired flavour. Add the seasoning a table spoon at a time as you can always add more but you can never take away! Once your meat is almost cooked you can thicken up your sauce with Corn flour and my dad always added a good squirt of tomatoe ketchup as it can sweeten it up slightly and take away any bitterness. I have been buying this brand of seasoning for a while now. It gives the fish flavour and it taste amazing. I basically put it in all my dishes for added flavour. Reasonable price and highly recommended

Sprinkle some of this onto you roasts; Chicken, Fish, Pork, Beef it just adds a special something to every meal. I love this stuff.
