I use it to put my snacks and weigh in what i ate to count calories on my diet. Its also a discreet way to carry a scale. The scale is quite accurate. The container is fairly strong i dropped it on tile the first day no problems but theres minor cracks in it from being in my bag probably getting crushed at times but none of the cracks are through the container.
