Love this product for its ease of use and for its effectiveness. It’s nice not having to charge it, just a quick battery change when it loses power. I use a fairly high setting on the back of my neck to help get rid of headaches and mild migraine. I don’t know how it works, it may be the placebo effect, but that in itself can be as good a pain management strategy as the next thing so I’m ok with that. Whatever the reason, it does help dissolve tension in the neck and shoulder blades, for me anyway. I know that this may not be for everybody so I would definitely recommend starting on a low setting. The lower settings are pretty mild.

Works perfectly! Bought it really for the attachments for one I already have but this one is perfect as well! The only thing I didn’t like is that it’s use AA batteries vs using a built in chargeable battery but not a deal breaker! Those complaining about shocks need to learn how to actually use the product vs posting ill and inaccurate information. It’s a physical therapy tool not a toy! Literally an instant relief for my neck 🙌🏾!

Did not help me with pain!!! IN FACT it SHOCKED me several times. An ELECTRIC SHOCK. Don’t get me wrong….I knew that if I touched it (after the first good jolt!) I might be shocked😂 But, of course, I had to keep seeing if it would work correctly on my back and bottoms of my feet . I was looking for pain relief not some thing that was going to give me pain & be difficult to use🤪The uncomfortable electrical feeling is in the hand held part! AND it’s put together like crap! Maybe that was part of the issue🤷🏻‍♀️ Returned!

It performed well, and did relieve the muscle tension, and pain. HOWEVER, you WILL get shocked if you miss the pressure point. It’s nothing serious but very uncomfortable. But, the positive still outweighs the negative. The shocks will happen if you miss the pressure point with ANY acupuncture pen, not just this one. Moral of the story, don’t miss the pressure point! 🤭

Flimsy

I had neck and back surgery & have artificial disc and titanium clips in my neck and back, and this is by far one of the tools I use to help with the pain. 🫡🤙🏽

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It was a good price...

Don't buy this worthless piece of Chinese CRAP! Mine quit working on the second day! (I tried to rate this with as a one star, but I wasn't allowed. I could only go as low as a two star.) The housing is plastic made to look like metal. The screw-on heads are loose fitting and rattle! The lowest pulse setting is way too high! It gives a painful shock if used on the face!

When it works it is amazing but it does after a while stop working. Once it's had time to cool it picks back up again, I would still recommend this
