Does this lube come in a grease gun cartridge?

This item comes in a tube as shown in the picture. Don't know if it's available from the manufacturer in a tube...

Does this tube come with a screw on tip?

Mine did not. Plastic cap only.

Can I use this on the spinel side of each cv axle that goes into the automatic transmission?

It's better to use transmission fluid to lubricate the splines as well as the seal, that way you're not contaminating the fluid that's already in the transmission however, if you're changing your axles, it's a good idea to change your fluid as well if you haven't changed it in awhile.

Can you use it on ball jounts or control arns too? Or any other front suspension parts?

The Sta-Lube CV Joint Grease is specially designed for CV joints. If you were on a desert Island and needed to get to the other side to save your life, and this is all you had, yes it would work. For you other suspension parts refer to your owners manual. Should be just standard grease from a grease gun. Go see auto parts store or what the lube shops used for recommendations.
