I use these like I have used the wooden versions; for candies and nuts and tooth picks at the Halloween appetizer table. This also stores buttons and pins in your sewing room or aspirin and ibuprofen in the bathroom or loose change on your dresser top. Ideas are endless and not limited to Halloween if you are goth or like the unusual. Almost everyone I know has October B-days and anniversaries so this is PERFECT for the food item ideas. I like the fact you can self decorate the boxes with paint & embellishments for holiday fun customized. Also a great use for gift giving for jewlery items for an October birthday.
