It is thin enough that he can wear comfortably under his jacket or dress shone. It fits true to size as long as you understand the necessity of the garment to be snug so the "concealed" item is truly concealed. The handguns that fit securely are a Ruger 1911 45 caliber and a S&W 9mm. Both fit comfortably and securely with no sagging. The seams on the shirt appear to be strong and reinforced at the right places. The fabric is stretchy and can't hold much weight without it sinking way down and stretching out the fabric. I tried my Sig P320 Compact and it kinda fit? the bottom of the "pocket" gets snagged on the front sight post, so don't expect a quick draw from any "normal" sized pistol. Anything more than half a mag makes the gun too heavy and it really sinks down.However, for my P938 it is perfect.I assume it would work for any subcompact or "micro" sized gun. Anything larger is probably not going to be a good fit. Even-so, this is the best underarm solution that I've found short of an actual harness.
