what are the dimensions of this item

to measure exact is just 1 16short on both counts as to length and width but when cut was when that was losti doubt if any brand can say theyare any different the reason i bought them is for the value not to quibble about how the machine that cut cut them missed the mark

Why does it say (Size: 3" x 3") but in the title 3" x 5"!

I received mine today and there are 24 pads that are each 3"x3".

are these able to go into a pop out dispenser?

I don't think so. Each slip is padded at the top... I believe that a "pop out" dispenser requires that they be padded alternatively at the top then bottom. I ordered these and they arrived curved... that is not flat and I find them very hard to use if not useless.
