The front cover is starting to come apart from the rest of it. Its not ripped or torn so it means it was put together badly. There is no way to open the plastic side in order to fasten the piece back in there. First of all, it will not allow you to use the fuction of the s-view screen (hello, that's why I ordered one with the s-view cover...) plus once you charge the case and put it on your phone, the case will not charge your phone at all. It just turns on briefly then goes out. When I gave the seller the reason I wanted to return it (no s-view function, before I found it the case wouldn't work at all) they were like "You can still see through the s-view window, can't you?").
